Not All Product Engagement Is Good
High usage doesn’t always mean high value. Sometimes, it means high friction.
If users are constantly exporting, rebuilding, tweaking — it’s not because they love your tool. It’s because they’re working around it. Manual effort might look like engagement, but it’s often a sign of frustration.
Watch for the signal behind the clicks. Usage without outcomes is just busywork.
